Friendly people fast unloading, not sure about overnight parking. But As of 8/29/25 there was some road work at 3rd st so to get here was a bit challenging, the detour didn’t help , so you need to cut trough the construction on the 4th ave n to get to dirt lot where you can get access to the docks and shipping/receiving office

I personally know a few of the people that have worked there in the past and currently work there and the place has cleaned up a lot in my opinion. The people there now are nice & friendly and have always been helpfull to me. I especially love their bird seed and small animal feed for all my wildlife critters I love. I definitely give Performance Seed 5 stars!

I am trying to figure out why the Thistle seed I bought from Performance Seed is not attracting any birds. In the past, I can hardly keep thistle seed in my feeder. The finches clean it out on a regular basis. But, since I purchased this 25 pound bag of thistle seed from Performance Seed, the birds will not touch it. I have only filled it once in the past 2 months, which is very unusual...and the reason for my review and concern. Would love to have any feedback that anyone might have.
